Bug fixes

1. Subscribers are duplicated when missing subscription renewals are rectified
2. Articles are apparently being missed (due to deliberately slow RSS feed monitoring)
3. Subscribers should include those in the brief phase prior to resubscription
4. Ensure re-subscriptions are not lost, e.g. due to bugs, etc.
5. Details of published articles obtained from RSS feed need to be stored in the Contingency Market

Operational

1. Speed up review of RSS feeds (currently slow - deliberately)
2. Expedite update in light of changes (new issues, new subscribers, etc.)

Features

1. Create option to suspend/resume and cease subscription
2. Provide more details of payments
3. Implement 'change e-mail' option
4. Implement 'change password' option

1. Sometimes 2 e-mail confirmation requests are received (from 1p2U and ContingencyMarket). Please let me know if this happens, I haven't yet pinned down how to repeat it.
